Service terms.

By creating an account or using OTONOMI, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and, if acting for an organization, authorized to bind that organization. The service is intended for business and professional use.

Features may be experimental, changed, rate-limited, suspended, or discontinued during the developer preview. Design-partner access, support, volume, success criteria, security requirements, fees, and duration are established in a written pilot scope or order form.

You are responsible for account activity, maintaining accurate information, protecting passwords and API keys, assigning only necessary scopes, and promptly revoking compromised credentials. Notify us at hello@otonmi.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant OTONOMI a limited right to process it only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Notice and any applicable written pilot terms. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to submit the content.

You may not scan systems or repositories without authorization; bypass access controls or rate limits; use the service to distribute malware, steal credentials, harass others, or violate law; interfere with service availability; or attempt to discover other customers’ data. Security research must remain within systems you own or have written permission to test.

OTONOMI findings and verdicts are decision-support signals, not a guarantee that software or agent behavior is safe, secure, compliant, or free of vulnerabilities. You remain responsible for reviewing findings, setting enforcement policy, testing changes, maintaining human oversight, and deciding whether an agent action may proceed.

No payment method is collected by the current developer preview. Fees apply only when documented in an accepted order form, pilot agreement, or other written commercial instrument. Unless that instrument says otherwise, taxes and third-party costs are your responsibility.

OTONOMI and its licensors retain rights in the service, detectors, documentation, and branding. Open-source components remain governed by their licenses. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

Each party will use reasonable care to protect non-public information identified as confidential or that should reasonably be understood as confidential, and will use it only for the relationship. This does not cover information independently developed, lawfully received without restriction, or publicly available through no breach.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for security risk, abuse, legal requirements, nonpayment under a commercial agreement, or material breach. On termination, revoke active keys and stop sending content. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Notice and applicable written terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, preview services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or complete threat detection. Some jurisdictions do not permit every disclaimer, so applicable statutory rights remain.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable under these website terms for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Any negotiated pilot agreement or order form may set different limits and will control for that engagement.

We may update these terms for future use of the service. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
